Manager for Operations Improvement

As a Manager for Operations Improvement, you will oversee multiple projects, define project scope and objectives, lead teams, and supervise numerous stores.

Your responsibilities include assembling management plans, tracking changes, resolving critical issues, managing project governance, monitoring budgets, and delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field plus 3 years’ experience in facilities/construction management, mechanical maintenance, or engineering OR 5 years’ experience in these areas.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance, supervising associates, or working on cross-functional teams.
