Position Summary

In this role, you are an expert at matching the right skills and talent to deliver our brand campaigns. Your experience and knowledge enable you to identify, communicate, and resolve downstream challenges and interdependencies with partner and stakeholder teams. You should be comfortable engaging with entry-level to executive stakeholders and collaborating with various creative professionals and outputs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. You will partner with creative directors, designers, account managers, project managers, postproduction teams, and sample management to deliver results. Your goal is to bring creative concepts and campaigns to life across multiple channels, focusing on superior results, timeliness, and budget adherence.

What you'll do
  • Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion.
  • Bid, hire, and manage all production partners for content projects, including managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital.
  • Serve as the primary contact for video, photography, and motion design projects. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when needed.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and maintain a positive attitude throughout.
  • Work with legal and business teams to create contracts, secure usage rights, assess risks, and clear work for distribution.
  • Regularly communicate project status with stakeholders.
  • Continuously review production processes and practices to enhance and increase effectiveness.
  • Establish repeatable processes to help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business efficiently.
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a producer in video/motion, print, social, and advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
  • Extensive contacts in photography, video, and post-production industries.
  • An online portfolio demonstrating experience creating solutions across various production issues.
  • Experience across the production lifecycle from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment.
  • Strong understanding of the post-production process and resources needed to deliver projects in stills, video, animation, and digital.
  • Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams and directly with designers, account teams, and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to identify and mitigate risks on projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing/creative agencies or in-house creative teams.
  • Experience in the marketing, retail, or eCommerce industries.
