You will make an impact by:
Contributing to a high-performance culture by managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Leading market, competition, and business performance analysis of Channel Partners. Developing reports and dashboards to track trends, presenting insights to the team and leadership, and supporting the growth of our US Marketplace business.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
- Have experience analyzing API data and market information to inform growth strategies for high-value API Partners and Agencies.
- Demonstrate expertise in product analytics within eCommerce, understanding the seller journey on online marketplaces.
- Can quickly create reports to analyze business performance, identify patterns, and recommend actions to improve sales and acquisitions.
- Possess strong data visualization skills, capable of building accurate, digestible dashboards for stakeholders.
- Are proficient in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and familiar with Salesforce, Looker, and GIST reporting.
- Enjoy developing strategic plans and supporting long-term initiatives.
- Have excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with emotional awareness and executive presence.
- Are tenacious, autonomous, and thrive under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a fun work environment.
- Can build trust-based relationships with internal and external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own analytical initiatives, build and maintain automated reporting tools, ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop reliable dashboards for internal and external stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover insights, troubleshoot performance issues, and support evolving business questions.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present data stories highlighting key trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, GCP, and R/Python.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field, with 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, or related area; or 4 years' relevant experience.
- Optional: Master's degree, Project Management or Six Sigma certification, Statistical Programming Language knowledge.
