$29.00/hr - $56.00/hr

Position Summary

At Walmart, we're seeking a dedicated Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services to join our team. In this year-round role, you'll lead a team of exterior service technicians, working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of exterior service technicians
• Managing landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and team leadership
• Proven leadership and training skills
• Proficiency with technology for work management
• Willingness to perform landscaping tasks
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, pest management
• Experience with irrigation, pressure washing, exterior maintenance
• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and company policies

Education & Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent; valid state-issued driver’s license

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• No recent serious traffic violations or DUI/DWI
• 2+ years in landscaping/gardening

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in horticulture or related field
• Certification in nursery or landscape
• Leadership experience
• Proficiency in Spanish
• State/local licensing as required
