Farmina seeks a Pet Nutritionist to educate customers in independent retail stores, partner with local businesses, and host events to promote a healthy lifestyle for pets. The role focuses on in-person engagement, driving sales in a dedicated territory across Minnesota.

The position requires extensive travel, store promotions, and collaboration with a dedicated follow-up team to ensure nutrition goals are met for pets. Flexible schedule and field-based work are implied.

Qualifications

• 60-75% travel within local territory (Minnesota) over 6 months.
• Proven ability to conduct in-store promotions and training.
• Strong communication with retailers and pet parents.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store promotions (ISP) and product merchandising.
• Train store staff and support local retailers.
• Collaborate with local businesses and events to drive pet health.
• Coordinate with follow-up teams to sustain pet parents' nutritional goals.

As a Farmina Pet Nutritionist, you will use your passion for cats and dogs to

support local retailers by educating customers to make the best personalized

nutritional decisions for their pet. As the face of Farmina, this role will build an in-person pet

community through activities at independent retail stores, teaming up with local

businesses, dog parks, and local events to drive a healthy lifestyle while growing

sales in your territory

Requirements

• 75% Travel (extended local territory)
• 75-100% benchmark achievement consistently over 6 month time period
• 1 successful genius center operating a 75-100% achievement
• 1-2 local B2B collaborations consistently implemented in a monthly schedule
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout territory
• Required to work Wednesday - Sunday

Compensation

• Compensation includes a hourly base pay, monthly travel stipend, paid time-off and
