The annual salary range is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00, with additional performance bonuses and potential location-based pay zones.
2 years of supervising experience in related environments (e.g., dairy, food processing, manufacturing).
2 years of clerical experience using computer applications such as email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Visio.
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience with chemical and microbiological methods, GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, CIP, SQF, FSMA, and laboratory management in a food or dairy environment.
Supervisory or leadership experience with technical teams.
