The manager will coordinate activities, develop relationships with stakeholders, support plans and initiatives, and promote accountability and continuous learning. Ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting the company's mission, values, and ethics are also responsibilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00 plus additional compensation based on location and performance.
Two years of college; or one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience; or two years of general work experience with one year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Training is required. Candidates must attend and pass all required training and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Supervisory experience managing five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing, is preferred.
