What you'll do

As an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator, you'll oversee landscape projects and collaborate with a team to maintain grounds year-round. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, pruning, and ensuring the exterior environment remains pristine.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• Clean driving record with no recent DUI/DWI or reckless driving incidents

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles
• Work with team members on landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Follow safety, security, and compliance protocols including OSHA and EPA regulations
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
