Position Summary

As an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator, you'll oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds through mowing, trimming, and pruning, ensuring a pristine exterior environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• Clean driving record with no recent DUI/DWI or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards

Compensation
