Exterior Services Technician Operator DS – Drivers
Walmart is hiring Landscape Technician Operators! You will make an impact as a year-round Landscape Technician by keeping landscapes attractive, clean, and well maintained. This includes moving lawns, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and be comfortable with physical labor.
Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning throughout the year
- Maintain grounds around parking lots, exteriors of buildings, and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness
- Work as part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
- Follow safety, security, and integrity standards, complying with corporate policies and local, federal, and state regulations
- Travel may be required to perform essential functions of the role

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the truck and trailer to be operated within scope of work
- Obtain necessary licensing or endorsements for operating state-required vehicles
- Ability to present information effectively to groups and individuals
- Effective communication skills in person and via telecommunications
