Exterior Services Technician Operator DS – Drivers

Walmart is hiring Landscape Technician Operators! You will make an impact as a year-round Landscape Technician by keeping landscapes attractive, clean, and well maintained. This includes moving lawns, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must love working outdoors in different types of weather and enjoy physical labor.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

1. Landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round
2. Perform grounds maintenance on parking lots, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to ensure a clean environment
3. Be part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
4. Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
5. Travel may be necessary to perform essential functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the vehicle type operated
• Obtain necessary licensing or endorsements for operating state-specific vehicles if required
• Present information effectively to groups and individuals
• Communicate clearly in person or via telecommunications
