Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles
• Work with team members on landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Follow safety, security, and compliance protocols according to policies and regulations
• Ensure OSHA and EPA regulations are followed
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades

Compensation
