What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
2. Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
3. Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
4. Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
5. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
6. Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.

Compensation:
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, level of job offer, qualifications and other job-related factors.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$39.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area.
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Project Management (PMP), or related certification.
