Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly Associates in the Facility by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, and fostering a culture of belonging. Upholds the Company's Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing policies and procedures, and providing resolutions. Ensures compliance with policies by holding staff accountable, analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, maintaining quality standards, and developing action plans to address deficiencies. Initiates and participates in community outreach programs, representing the Company externally and supporting community-related initiatives. Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, developing budgets, and analyzing economic trends. Models and enforces customer service standards, ensuring customer issues are resolved effectively. Communicates facility operations and company direction to management and staff. Drives sales through effective merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and sales forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of general management experience including financial accountability.
  • Supervising 20+ associates, including performance management, hiring, and firing.
  • For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of background check and training.
  • Attending and completing required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Experience managing a large team, including performance management and employment decisions.
