Position Summary

The Facility Manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures compliance with company policies, drives financial performance, and fosters a positive community presence. Responsibilities include supervising management and hourly associates, promoting a culture of belonging, analyzing reports, implementing safety and quality standards, and leading community outreach initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to customer service and company values.

  • Supervise and develop management and hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with safety, asset protection, and quality standards.
  • Lead community outreach programs, build external relationships, and represent the company positively in the community.
  • Drive financial results by achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and overseeing budgeting and economic trend analysis.
  • Ensure effective merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and customer service standards.
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create an inclusive workplace.
  • Act with integrity, uphold ethical standards, and promote company values.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, make data-driven decisions, and foster continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of general management experience including financial accountability.
  • 2 years of supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management, hiring, and firing.
  • For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific background check and training.
  • For ammunition-only facilities, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
  • Successful completion of all required training and assessments, including academy and open-door trainings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Experience managing a large team in a grocery or retail environment, overseeing 50+ associates, with responsibilities for performance management, mentoring, and employment decisions.
