Hourly Pay Rate: $22 USD per hour - paid bi-monthly.

Working Hours: 15 hours per week (Worked flexibly Monday-Sunday)

Location: Indiana, USA (Remote work / Home Based, must permanently live & have the right to work in the USA without restrictions)

The Role:

Twinkl is looking for an Early Childhood Content Writer to create engaging educational resources for U.S. educators. You will create innovative printable and digital teaching resources that address state standards. The content you write will be turned into professional Twinkl resources by our design and illustration team.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing standards-aligned resources.
2. Researching educational resource trends to ensure your assigned resources will be instant hits with our millions of U.S. members.
3. Participating in weekly meetings during standard business hours (9am - 2pm EST, Monday to Friday).

To succeed in the role, you will:

1. Show a creative, innovative, and tech-driven approach to teaching and learning.
2. Exhibit excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
3. Demonstrate excellent time management, organization, and technology skills.
4. Possess excellent research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex information effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Certified/licensed early childhood educator (State-issued certification/license must be current and in good standing).
2. Experienced educator with a minimum of two years of recent classroom experience in a public school setting.
