The (USA) Distinguished, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. This role requires expertise in technical design, program planning, and stakeholder engagement to deliver end-to-end system solutions. The successful candidate will proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and mentor teams to ensure quality outcomes. Leveraging strong communication and analytical skills, this position influences alignment across multiple initiatives while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within a dynamic technology environment.

The Marketplace TPM team leads Walmart’s key technology initiatives by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams. Operating in complex environments, the team emphasizes operational excellence, technical expertise, and disciplined execution. They develop scalable solutions that improve seller and customer experiences while streamlining processes. By establishing efficient frameworks, the team accelerates delivery with quality, transparency, and accountability across large, cross-functional programs. This role demands strong skills in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and technical design to deliver impactful and sustainable results.
