  • Validate and deliver Quarterly SIP (sales incentive plan) reporting to Total Rewards. This includes advising VP/GM and HR regarding SIP exception requests.
  • Collaborate with the MAP Finance team on monthly forecast, AOP development, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in revenue planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting approaches.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team on defining data needs and continuous improvements to dashboards supporting financial reporting and insights.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment delivering high-quality output under tight timelines.
  • Support effective change management, own process improvements, documentation, training, and reporting. Create feedback loops to evaluate initiative effectiveness and support future iterations.
  • Lead through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of your immediate lane for organizational betterment.
  • Convert data into analysis-ready formats by compiling data from multiple sources and presenting actionable insights.
  • Deep dive into data to find answers with actionable outcomes, leveraging strong data extraction skills to analyze historic data, variances, trends, and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
