MAP’s Director, Revenue Operations will lead an agile team of associates supporting revenue and billing operations for the advertising sales arm for Sam’s Club. As the leader of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for partnering with the Head of Sales managing the overall hygiene and accuracy of the pipeline and monthly forecast submissions. You will be the primary bridge between MAP and our Finance partners. You will be responsible for producing MAP’s weekly business update in collaboration with MAP’s Head of Sales and Head of MAP Strategy that is provided to the executive leadership team.
In this role, you will provide thought leadership on innovative ways the Revenue Operations team can provide more insight and value for MAP beyond weekly business and sales updates. This includes identifying new ways to support.
Additionally, as the Director, Revenue Operations, you will create a data-driven narrative to support AOP targets, partnering with our GM, VP, and Head of MAP Strategy. This includes collaborating with the Director, Business Operations on workforce and annual SG&A budget planning alongside our enterprise cross-functional partners in Finance and Human Resources.
This means you will be responsible for MAP’s entire billing operations process, working across Sales, Suppliers, and enterprise cross-functional teams – Finance, Accounting, Controllership, etc.
