Position Summary

Developmental Technicians (General Facilities Maintenance) are responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart stores. They perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks under supervision to ensure store operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills and tools.

• Complete training to operate equipment safely.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in various temperatures
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• 1 year experience in trades like plumbing, electrical, or related, or 2 years Walmart store experience

Preferred Qualifications

Optional qualifications include experience with CDL or specific trades.
