What you'll do

1. Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
2. Support security measures to safeguard information against damage, modification, or disclosure.
3. Maintain system hardware through monitoring, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Research and resolve system and network-related issues for internal and external customers.
5. Respond to critical system issues and urgent customer requests promptly.
6. Install, monitor, maintain, and repair system hardware and software following specifications.
7. Perform daily administrative tasks such as reporting, billing, user access management, and filing.
8. Maintain operation of system hardware and software, respond to issues, and report security risks or damages.
9. Promote a culture of respect, integrity, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
