Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Lithia Springs, GA to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in the warehouse environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, operate material handling equipment, and troubleshoot issues to ensure safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include servicing lift trucks and related systems, coordinating with team members, and supporting a culture of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience in repairing/maintaining mechanical OR electrical equipment in an industrial or non-industrial setting.
• 2 years' related vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates and complete work orders per procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment (lift trucks, hydraulic systems, power equipment).
• Troubleshoot basic problems with equipment as visible or obvious issues arise.
• Assist other maintenance technicians in repair and upkeep of equipment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $30.15 - $33.65* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
