Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a team member for general cleaning and maintenance duties at our Lumberton, NC facility. You will perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, stocking and organizing cleaning supplies, and maintaining vending machines.

You may mix chemicals used for cleaning and operate sweeper-scrubber equipment to keep warehouse floors in top condition. Responsibilities include communicating with customers and associates, and ensuring restrooms and work areas are clean and safe.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.55 - $23.05* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
