This is a salaried position scheduled at 50 hours/week; however, during training, this position is paid at an equivalent hourly rate and scheduled 40 hours per week.

Two years of college; or one year of retail and supervisory experience; or two years of general work experience with supervisory experience. Additional requirements include completing all job-specific training and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related field; experience supervising five or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
