Developing and implementing action plans to address deficiencies, leading process improvements for a high-quality customer experience, and driving financial performance through reviewing profit and loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses are also essential. The role includes supervising and developing hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and setting expectations, fostering a culture of belonging, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
