What you'll do: Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction; introducing and leading change efforts; providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions; and communicating business objectives to teams.
Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages customer service initiatives, ensures customer needs and complaints are addressed, develops action plans to improve, and supports continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Drives store financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, monitoring inventory, and developing strategies to meet sales and profit goals.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions; promotes a workplace of belonging; and recruits qualified staff.
Coordinates activities with stakeholders, supports plans to meet customer and business needs, sets and measures goals, and promotes continuous learning and adaptability.
Ensures compliance with policies, supports Walmart's mission and values, and fosters an ethical workplace culture.
Builds high-performing teams, embraces diversity, and promotes a culture of belonging. Acts with integrity, maintains high ethical standards, and supports Walmart's sustainability and community initiatives.
Delivers results focused on customer satisfaction, uses data insights for decision-making, and encourages innovation and resilience.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include bonuses and location-based pay zones.
2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience with supervisory duties. Additional requirements include successful completion of training and assessments, and background checks for facilities selling firearms or ammunition.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or experience supervising multiple direct reports with performance management, mentoring, and hiring responsibilities.
