Develops and implements action plans to address deficiencies and leads process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating Profit & Loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Monitors merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Sets clear expectations, recognizes associates, and promotes a workplace culture of belonging. Recruits and develops qualified staff to meet staffing needs and support company growth.
Coordinates and oversees activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and building accountability. Measures progress and addresses improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $31.25 to $38.46, plus differential and performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include regional pay zones depending on location.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Facilities selling only ammunition and with state-specific requirements may require a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility. Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments, such as Academy and Open Door trainings.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
