For facilities selling firearms or ammunition, specific background checks or certifications may be required.
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
