Job description

Position Summary...

This role involves leading and developing teams through teaching, training, and active listening. Responsibilities include touring stores, providing feedback, communicating and collaborating across all levels, utilizing technology, and leading business initiatives. The position requires modeling exceptional customer service standards, managing customer service initiatives, resolving customer issues, and developing action plans for improvement. The role also focuses on driving financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, it includes supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence. Minimum Qualifications...

Two years of college; OR one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience; OR two years of general work experience and one year of supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through the same programs. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
