Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

  1. Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
  2. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  3. Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives effectively.
  4. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, and supporting community outreach programs.
  5. Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, develop action plans to address deficiencies, and lead process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
  6. Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
  7. Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and providing recognition, fostering diversity and inclusion.
  8. Coordinate activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and building accountability.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, supporting Walmart's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
