Job description

Position Summary...

Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and maintaining in-stock inventory levels. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting sales, assessing economic trends, and community needs.

Models, enforces, and provides guidance to Associates on customer/member service approaches to ensure needs and issues are resolved within company standards. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as good community members.

Ensures compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. Develops and implements performance improvement plans and strategic initiatives, directing the team to ensure confidentiality and proper documentation.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Ensures the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with customers, educating them, and maintaining equipment.

Upholds the company’s open-door policy by engaging with Associates, listening to concerns, and researching issues. Builds relationships with stakeholders, supports plans to meet customer and business needs, and promotes continuous learning and accountability.
