Position Summary

Provides excellent customer service by communicating membership programs, benefits, and credit card options to current and prospective members. Assists with account decisions, encourages renewals, and promotes the value of Sam's Club products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Acknowledge and assist members with purchasing decisions, merchandise location, and issue resolution while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
2. Area Maintenance: Keep the car wash and gas station areas clean, organized, and properly priced, following company policies.
3. Stocking and Merchandising: Receive and organize merchandise and supplies, handle paperwork, and maintain the facility.
4. Equipment Operation: Operate cash registers, gas station, and car wash equipment following proper procedures.
