Position Summary

Provides excellent customer service by explaining membership programs, benefits, and credit card options to current and prospective members. Assists with account decisions, promotes membership renewal, and communicates the value of Sam's Club products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist customers by acknowledging their needs, helping with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services, all while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
2. Maintain the gas station and car wash areas by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate signage, and adhering to company policies for handling claims, returns, and damages.
3. Receive and stock merchandise and supplies, organize the facility, and complete necessary paperwork and logs.
4. Operate cash registers and related equipment to process transactions using appropriate procedures for various payment types.
5. Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment, providing quality service to customers.
