Position Summary

Provides excellent customer service by explaining membership types, programs, and benefits, assisting with account decisions, and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services.

What you'll do

1. Assist members by explaining membership benefits, encouraging renewals, and promoting products and services.
2. Provide customer service by addressing needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe environment.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash/gas station area, including signage and safety compliance.
4. Handle merchandise and supplies, organize the area, and ensure proper signage and documentation.
5. Operate equipment such as cash registers and maintain the gas station/car wash equipment according to policies.
6. Process customer transactions accurately, including handling various payment types.

Compensation
