Position Summary

Provides excellent customer service by communicating membership programs and benefits, assisting with account decisions, and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the gas station and car wash areas, handles merchandise and supplies, and operates equipment such as cash registers and facility tools. Upholds safety standards and company policies throughout all responsibilities.

  1. Communicate membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members.
  2. Assist members with account decisions, renewals, and credit card applications.
  3. Provide customer service by addressing needs, helping with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and car wash areas, including signage and safety standards.
  5. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper documentation and handling shrink and damages.
  6. Operate cash registers and other equipment to process transactions securely.
  7. Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment according to company policies.

Benefits and Compensation
