Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment safely.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, and encourage others to adopt new technologies.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality, manage inventory, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and embody the company's values.
