Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Ensure consistency in bakery quality and decorations, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and manage equipment and inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and embody the brand values.

Benefits
