Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicates effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintains flexibility to meet business needs, keeps stock levels appropriate, and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery production, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipes and measurements. Works with various decorating tools to create flowers and lettering, adhering to food safety standards and managing inventory and equipment sanitation.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Adapts to new technology and encourages others to do the same.
• Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality and date standards, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with their needs and purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and supports team development through training and mentoring.

Benefits
