Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates others on tools and resources, and provides excellent customer service. Maintains stock levels and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery production, ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs, following recipes and food safety standards. Operates and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilizing handheld technology for decision-making and training.
• Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality, manages inventory, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with their needs and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and mentors team members.
