Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, work with decorating tools, follow food safety standards, and manage equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, adapt to new technology, and encourage team adoption.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive environment.
