Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency and quality in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment safely.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate engagement, adapting to new technologies.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
