Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, merchandise, and training.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, interact with associates, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, completing work assignments, respecting individual differences, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, striving for excellence, and supporting a positive work culture.
