Position Summary...
As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicates effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintains flexibility to meet business needs, manages stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Plans bakery production to ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows recipes and measurements, and works with various decorating tools. Ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards. Operates and sanitizes equipment, demonstrating product and layout understanding.
- Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement. Utilizes handheld technology for decision-making related to production, merchandise, training, and quality, and encourages others to adopt these tools.
- Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality and date standards, reduces waste, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with their needs and purchasing decisions. Resolves member concerns effectively.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate by providing high-quality service, modeling respectful teamwork, and developing and mentoring colleagues. Recognizes contributions and fosters a positive work environment.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications...
6 months' experience in a fresh production environment, must be 18 years or older. Ability to complete required training and assessments successfully.
