Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain inventory, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment properly.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, adapt to new technologies, and promote their use among team members.
4. Be an Owner: Ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and foster a respectful, supportive work environment.

Additional responsibilities include adhering to company policies, completing work assignments efficiently, respecting diversity, acting with integrity, delivering excellent customer service, and striving for continuous improvement.
