Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management. Operate and sanitize equipment and understand product layout execution.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, merchandise, training, and quality.
4. Be an Owner: Manage bakery performance, ensure quality and date standards, reduce waste, and prepare for seasonal events. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, interact with associates, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.
6. Comply with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and seek continuous improvement.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, education benefits, and more. The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
