Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow food safety standards, operate equipment, and manage inventory.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, adapt to new technologies, and encourage their use among team members.
• Be an Owner: Ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and foster a respectful, supportive work environment.
