Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do:

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery production to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows recipes and instructions, works with decorating tools, ensures food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and improve associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality, manages date control, prepares for seasonal events, assists members, and resolves issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with associates, and fosters a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.

Additional responsibilities include compliance with policies, completing work efficiently, embracing diversity, acting with integrity, delivering results, and striving for excellence.
