Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency and quality of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for decision-making related to production, ordering, training, and quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, minimize waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchases, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Complete work assignments efficiently, communicate progress, and seek continuous improvement.
