Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and communicates effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintains flexibility to meet business needs, manages stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures consistency and quality of decorative designs, follows recipes and safety standards, operates equipment, and manages inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, adopts new technologies, and encourages team adoption.
4. Be an Owner: Ensures quality and date control, prepares for seasonal events, assists members, and resolves issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promotes brand values, models high-quality service, mentors others, and fosters a supportive team environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, executing work priorities, respecting individuals, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, financial, paid time off, and educational programs. The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications...
