A leading company seeks an individual to manage shipments at Sam's Club, involving organizing deliveries, maintaining a clean receiving area, and ensuring facility safety. Candidates must be willing to obtain forklift certification within 30 days and must be at least 18 years old. The role provides competitive pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
Maintains and processes shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures by developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses. Receives merchandise for the facility and organizes and maintains the receiving area following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required documentation. Tracks and processes claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, maintaining and cleaning the clearance area, and utilizing technology for reporting and documentation. Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials correctly, and reporting unsafe situations. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with team members, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities. Embraces diversity, builds trust, communicates effectively, and mentors others. Acts with integrity, maintains high standards of ethics, and supports Walmart's culture. Delivers results with a customer-first approach. Demonstrates curiosity, resilience, and supports continuous improvement and technological adoption.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with actual pay depending on location and other factors. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
Forklift Certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment. Must be 18 years or older.
