Job summary

EY is seeking a 360 Careers Analyst in the USA Assurance - Audit track. You’ll participate in structured, skills-based expeditions and gain broad business perspective through our Audit Career Framework.

As part of EY’s hybrid model, most client work requires in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time; travel is expected. The role offers strong CPA pathways, competitive compensation, and access to our global learning network.

Qualifications

• A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting; supported by a strong academic record.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is required, with a preference for candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Meet the minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state your base office is located prior to beginning full‑time employment and have a demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• An interest in working with our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.
• Candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector industry must have U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher, within the designated time frame, which will be determined by the engagement requirements for a security clearance.

The base annual salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $78,000 to $100,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
